Hi I’m Lynsey, the Registered Manager here at Berryhill Village Extra Care scheme. I support the Team Leaders, Lisa and Shaun, with the day to day running of the care service and take the lead on managing finances, training and staff recruitment. I am present in the scheme for 3 days each week, but available outside of these days should you need to discuss anything with me.

Hi, my name is Lisa and I am a Team Leader at Berry Hill Village Extra Care Scheme. I’ve worked here since 2003, initially as a care worker and I later progressed into my current role. It is my job to ensure that all of our staff receive the support they need, and that service users receive the high quality care they deserve. Every day is different at Berryhill Village – one minute I could be dealing with an emergency, the next I am helping a new resident to settle in.

Hi, my name is Shaun and I am a Team Leader at Berryhill Village Extra Care scheme. I’ve worked here since 2003, initially as a care worker and I later progressed into my current Team Leader position. On a daily basis, I complete supervisions, observations, Care plan audits, support my staff when they need me and all the residents who live at Berryhill Village.
