Acting Registered Manager
My name is Sarah Kingsley and I am the Acting Registered Manager for Greenwich Gardens. I have been working with with Pauline and the Team since November 2019, so I am familiar with Greenwich Gardens, the residents and staff. I have been working in Health and Social Care for 30 years,and my previous experience includes management of domiciliary services, and working in acute and residential care settings. I thoroughly enjoy my role with Key 2 Care Ltd, where alongside my colleagues at Greenwich Gardens, who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of the people supported here, and to achieving positive outcomes with the quality service we deliver.
My name is Siobhan, I started working at Greenwich Gardens as a care worker and have since progressed to a Team Leader. Working here has fully expanded my knowledge on care and I consider myself lucky to be part of the Greenwich Gardens team.

Hi, my name is Donna and I am a Team Leader at Greenwich Gardens Extra Care scheme. I have been at Greenwich Gardens since 2017 .I started as a carer and worked my way up to team leader which I thoroughly enjoy. I have found great joy in spending time with customers and learning new skills in health and social care. The team are lovely and we take pride in giving the best and safest care possible. The manager is so supportive and everyone works together nicely as a team.
My name is Pauline Thorpe and I started working at Greenwich Gardens in 2014 as a care worker. I progressed quite quickly to a team leader’s role, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Due to medical reasons I became more office based, and when Key 2 Care Ltd became the care provider I was made up to a Senior Administrator. In this role I support the manager and the care team, including team leaders. I maintain professional contact with the customers and support their needs. It is a very busy role,which I really enjoy. I have developed new skills, and continue to learn new ones all the time and am well supported by the team.
