Meet the team

We're delighted to introduce you to our Cedar House team.

Sarah Kingsley

Registered Manager

My name is Sarah, and I am the Registered Manager at Cedar House. I have been working with Key 2 Care Ltd since November 2019 and during this time I have had line management responsibility at another Extra Care site called Parkland View. I have also been working in connection with Kelly, the On Site Care Manager, so I am familiar with Cedar House, and the residents and staff. My previous experience includes management of community services, and working in acute and residential care settings. I thoroughly enjoy my role with Key 2 Care Ltd, where alongside Kelly and the team,  I am highly committed to making a difference to the lives of the people we support at Cedar House.

Kelly Stothers

Care Manager

Hi my Name is Kelly Stothers and I am the manager at Cedar House and have been in post since 2019.  Prior to taking the manager’s position I had been a Team Leader at Cedar House since we opened back in 2010, so have a good insight and background knowledge of the staff, customers, the building and the Leylands Estate.  We have a long standing team of carers who work very hard to ensure Cedar house is a happy and safe place to live.

Abbie Watkins

Team Leader

Hi, I'm Abbie and I've been a Team Leader here at Cedar House since May 2019, however I joined the care team at Cedar House in November 2015. I'm very experienced with the scheme and it's customers, and I'm a bubbly, conscientious member of staff who has a very good relationship with the staff, customers, customer family’s and medical professionals.

Charlotte Mann

Team Leader

hi, I'm Charlotte and I've been a Team Leader on a part-time basis here at Cedar House since March 2020, however I have worked at Cedar House since February 2014. I'm an experienced member of staff with excellent knowledge of the scheme and our customers. I work closely with the care staff covering care shifts and work part time as a Team Leader covering office duties.
